Everyone is teaming up these days to do science…but what does it actually mean to be part of a scientific team? How is working on a team different from managing your own project or running your own research group? Join us for a workshop to learn about putting science of team science (SciTS) research into practice to enhance your everyday interactions with your scientific team.

Anyone working on collaborative research teams, as well as those who support or facilitate team-based research. Contact us about team rates.
What?
Funding organizations often call for large, collaborative teams to tackle complex global challenges. But where do you begin? And how do you effectively manage resources, people, and ideas across a diverse group? The goal of this workshop is to equip you with practical skills for applying the Science of Team Science (SciTS) in your own collaborative efforts. Over the course of this two‑day workshop, we will introduce a variety of strategies and frameworks that you can take back to your team(s) and put into practice right away.

Schedule
The workshop will include two full days of material, with coffee breaks and lunches included. Lodging is not included with registration.
Refund Policy
Until June 30th, you have the following refund options:
- Cancel your registration for a 75% refund.
- Transfer 100% credit to a future workshop.
- Transfer your registration to a colleague who would like to attend the March 2023 workshop.
Due to budgeting and catering orders, the only refund option after June 30th is a 50% refund or 50% credit to a future workshop.
